5 easy meals so good you won’t miss the meat

So I’m recently obsessed with the no meat athlete. he’s awesome. and when my super buff friends say they could never go vegan because they need the protein (pssssh!) i can point them his way. because he has a wealth of knowledge i can only hope to one day master.

  2. Orzo with citrus “cooked” vegetables & avocado
  3. hawaiian beans & rice
  4. pasta with pesto potatoes and green beans
  5. millet black bean patties with corn
